Cancer Internal Medicine Melanoma Eye Cancer Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

This is a Phase 2/3, multi-arm, multi-stage, open-label study of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A*02:01 negative participants with metastatic uveal melanoma (MUM) who will be randomized to receive either IDE196 + crizotinib or investigator's choice of treatment (pembrolizumab, ipilimumab + nivolumab, or dacarbazine).

Cancer Internal Medicine Melanoma Eye Cancer Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

To evaluate the overall survival of HLA-A*0201 positive adult patients with previously untreated advanced UM receiving IMCgp100 compared to Investigator's Choice of dacarbazine, ipilimumab, or pembrolizumab.
