A PHASE 1, MULTICENTER, OPEN-LABEL STUDY TO EVALUATE THE PHARMACOKINETICS OF CC-486 (ORAL-AZA, ONUREG®) IN SUBJECTS WITH MODERATE OR SEVERE HEPATIC IMPAIRMENT COMPARED WITH NORMAL HEPATIC FUNCTION IN ADULT SUBJECTS WITH MYELOID MALIGNANCIES

Cancer Internal Medicine Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of moderate or severe liver impairment on the drug levels of oral azacitidine and the safety and tolerability of oral azacitidine in participants with myeloid malignancies.

A Phase 1 Study of SGN-EGFRd2 in Advanced Solid Tumors

Cancer Internal Medicine Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 in participants with advanced solid tumors. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease.

Participants will have cancer that cannot be removed (unresectable) or has spread through the body (metastatic).

This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 should be given to participants. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046052/SGN-EGFRd2 is and if it works to treat solid tumor cancers.

A012103: OptimICE-PCR: De-Escalation of Therapy in Early-Stage TNBC Patients Who Achieve pCR After Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy with Checkpoint Inhibitor Therapy

Cancer Internal Medicine Breast Cancer Adult Subjects

The phase III trial compares the effect of pembrolizumab to observation for the treatment of patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation will result in the same risk of cancer coming back as pembrolizumab after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieve pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy with pembrolizumab.

Cymabay CB8025-41837 PBC & Cirrhosis

Internal Medicine Gastroenterology Liver Disease Adult Subjects

To Evaluate the Effect of Seladelpar on Clinical Outcomes in Patients with Primary Biliary Cholangitis (PBC) and Compensated Cirrhosis.

A Phase 3, Randomized, Double-Blind, Placebo- and Active-Comparator- Controlled Clinical study of Adjuvant V940 (mRNA-4157) Plus Pembrolizumab Versus Adjuvant Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in Participants With High-Risk Stage II-IV Melanoma (INTerpath-001)

Cancer Internal Medicine Melanoma Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

The purpose of this study is to learn if intismeran autogene which is an individualized neoantigen therapy (INT; formerly, called messenger ribonucleic acid \[mRNA\]-4157) with pembrolizumab (MK-3475) is safe and prevents cancer from returning in people with high-risk melanoma. Researchers want to know if intismeran autogene with pembrolizumab is better than receiving pembrolizumab alone at preventing the cancer from returning.

IDE196 (DAROVASERTIB) IN COMBINATION WITH CRIZOTINIB VERSUS INVESTIGATOR’S CHOICE OF TREATMENT AS FIRST-LINE THERAPY IN HLA-A2 NEGATIVE METASTATIC UVEAL MELANOMA (DAR-UM-2)

Cancer Internal Medicine Melanoma Eye Cancer Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

This is a Phase 2/3, multi-arm, multi-stage, open-label study of human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-A\*02:01 negative participants with metastatic uveal melanoma (MUM) who will be randomized to receive either IDE196 + crizotinib or investigator's choice of treatment (pembrolizumab, ipilimumab + nivolumab, or dacarbazine).

A Phase 1/2 Study of BMS-986340 as Monotherapy and in Combination with Nivolumab or Docetaxel in Participants with Advanced Solid Tumors

Cancer Internal Medicine Adult Subjects Female Subjects Male Subjects

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, and recommended dose(s) of BMS-986340 as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab or docetaxel in participants with advanced solid tumors. This study is a first-in-human (FIH) study of BMS-986340 in participants with advanced solid tumors.

Sanofi LPS17558 EoE

Internal Medicine Immunology Gastroenterology Esophagitis Digestive Disease Adult Subjects

This is parallel, Phase 4 study which consists of a 24 week (0.5 years) randomized, double blind, placebo controlled, 2-arm treatment period followed by an open label segment of 104 weeks (2 years) for a total of 128 weeks (2.5 years) to evaluate the effect of dupilumab treatment on esophageal function, and remodeling in adults with eosinophilic esophagitis.

Duration of study period (per participant)

* Screening period: Up to 12 weeks before Week 0
* Randomized double-blind period: 24 weeks
* Open label period: 104 weeks
* Post Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) intervention follow-up period: up to 12 weeks or until the participants switch to commercialized dupilumab, whatever comes first.

There will be ten (10) site visits, and five (5) direct-to-participant IMP delivery visits (except if prohibited by local regulatory authorities or if participant is not willing. In this case, IMP will be dispensed at the study site).
